Licencing
MainPlan is sold on a per site/per device basis. A one-time software licence is required for each site and an annual licence is required for each device connecting to the MainPlan cloud server. An annual user licence is required for each MainPlan Mobile user.
Can we help with the installation?
To get up and running with MainPlan as quickly as possible the initial installation needs to be as thorough as possible. Rather than install MainPlan yourself, we suggest that you arrange for our experienced technicians to install MainPlan on your site. We have a very large number of standard Work and Safety Procedures that will dramatically reduce implementation time and improve overall consistency.
Technical support and upgrades
We charge an annual Technical Support & Upgrade Fee (invoiced December; covers 1st February to 31st January). New systems are normally invoiced for 12 months support & upgrades
